I havent seen any retro galaxy foil on any promos so far for Gen 9, this would be the first time

But Prodigal Sorcerer (and its kindred), Rolling Thunder, and anything capable of recurring/multiple targeting are all viable

Maybe its not the best way to spend two mana, but sometimes you dont have anything better to do anyway
