In Commander and casual tribal decks , it provides a clean way to convert board presence into a decisive advantage
Tricks On Deck This deck is much less aggressive than the Ruby & Sapphire deck, but focuses much more on tricks, traps, and gaining the advantage in off-kilter ways
The card is certainly strong, but forcing your creatures to attack does put a restriction on what Commander decks will want this type of effect
I expect you'll need to have a really strong red-blue spellslinger deck to make this playable - though with the MTG Final Fantasy release date almost upon us, I'll be eating my words soon enough if I'm wrong
